The heels came in perfect condition and fit exactly right for my size (UK3/US6), the customer service was very friendly and communicative and re-arranged my delivery after finding out that my chosen collection point wasn't available. As a guy who enjoys exploring his feminine side the pleaser 658s were a must have. Having now wore them over the period of a week, I have found my comfort with them and they have not disappointed in any way. The two straps offer security as well as room for your feet to wiggle. Im a size 8 UK. As a guy I feel proud owning these sandals, even though advertised as a woman's shoe no doubt for me anyone can enjoy them and I encourage everyone especially guys to treat yourself to a pair of heels.
