I misread a despatch date as a delivery date and timings were already very tight for a Prom.
I kindly passed my panic on to a human being by email who managed to calm me down a bit. I'm not sure if they were able to speed things up a bit but the shoes arrived in the morning on the day they were needed. The size was as expected, so a good fit.
Sensible me has spoken to stupid me who has promised not to make it so stressy next time.
