Delivery Information

We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY for all orders over £25 within the UK mainland.
To give you as much information as possible about your delivery you will see expected dispatch/delivery dates shown on the product, although we aim to meet the minimum date, please allow the maximum shown for your delivery.
*Smaller/lighter items maybe shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Service
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
Items in our sale rail are available for same day dispatch Monday-Friday.

Please note: Clearance/Sale rail items we may use our own shoe and boot boxing for all orders - manufacturer boxes are insufficient to protect the footwear through postal and courier services.

We ship all orders via Parcelforce/Royal Mail throughout the UK on a Next Day Service. Once your order has been processed and ready to be dispatched you will receive an email from customer service with the tracking details, you can track the progress of your order via the couriers website. You should also receive an email from with the tracking details to the email address provided when placing the order.

Discreet Packaging
We realize that sometimes you want to keep your package contents under wraps, so we ensure all orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

                                    
Royal Mail Local Collect ~ We are excited to announce that we have integrated Local Collect into our checkout process. This means that you now have the option to select your preferred collection point when completing your purchase.
(For larger or heavier items, exceptions may apply. Please reach out to us for confirmation, but rest assured, we will inform you immediately if this is the situation.)

Safe Place Deliveries
Please be aware if you have a safeplace designated and your order is delivered to the safeplace at your request we will not be responsible for lost/missing deliveries.
Refused/Non collected parcels
Items returned to us by refusing or not collecting a parcel from an attempted delivery by our courier will be refunded with the return cost deducted. For UK mainland the refusal return cost stands at £15, international orders that are refused, not collected or duty not paid will be charged at current list rates. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe return of unwanted orders at their cost.
