Extended Exchange Period

We totally get that buying shoes as a gift can be tricky, so we’re making things easier this holiday season! Any orders placed from November 1, 2025, will have extended exchanges until January 14, 2026. That means you can gift with confidence, knowing it's easy to swap for a different style, size, or colour—or even grab store credit to pick something out later. Just a heads up, if you want a refund, make sure to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Happy shopping!

Orders placed after this deadline, unless already agreed may not be delivered until the new year. We aim to dispatch all orders placed on or before 19th December 4pm in time for *pre-Christmas delivery. All footwear orders are sent via ParcelForce/Royal Mail, so a signature maybe required. Once the item is dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking details, at this point although we will have sent it on a service in time for Xmas Delivery we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by our couriers.
