Extended Exchange Period
Knowing how hard it is to purchase footwear as a gift, we have extended the exchange period for the festive season. From the 1st December 2023 - orders placed will have an additional extended exchange period until 14th Jan. 2024 - enabling purchases as gifts with the confidence to exchange for a different style, size, colour. For refunds orders must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.

Orders placed after this deadline, unless already agreed may not be delivered until the new year. We aim to dispatch all orders placed on or before 15th December 4pm in time for *pre-Christmas delivery. All footwear orders are sent via ParcelForce/DPD, so a signature is required. Once the item is dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking details, at this point although we will have sent it on a service in time for Xmas Delivery we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by our couriers.
