How to Measure Your Feet for the Right Shoe Size

For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring both feet before choosing your shoe size. Follow the simple steps below to get your foot length measurement.

What You’ll Need

• A hard, flat floor
• A sheet of A4 paper
• A pen or pencil
• A ruler or measuring tape marked in centimetres
• The socks or hosiery you plan to wear with your shoes

How to Measure Your Feet

1. Prepare the paper
Place the sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor with one edge positioned firmly against a wall. You can tape the paper down to prevent it from moving.

2. Position your foot
Put on the socks or hosiery you intend to wear with your shoes. Stand on the paper with your heel gently touching the wall. Stand upright and place your weight naturally on your foot.

3. Mark your longest toe
Keeping the pen or pencil upright, make a mark at the very tip of your longest toe. Remember, your longest toe may not necessarily be your big toe.

4. Measure your foot length
Step away from the paper and measure from the edge of the paper that was against the wall to the mark at your longest toe. Record the measurement in centimetres (cm).

5. Measure both feet
Repeat the process for your other foot. It’s completely normal for one foot to be slightly larger than the other. If your measurements are different, use the measurement from your longer foot when selecting your size.

For the Most Accurate Measurement

We recommend measuring your feet towards the end of the day, as feet can naturally expand slightly throughout the day.

Always measure while standing rather than sitting, and make sure your heel remains against the wall throughout the measurement.

Once you have your foot length in centimetres, use the measurement alongside our size chart to help choose the most suitable shoe size.
