DemoniaCult Suspended Products

Following a recent Trademark dispute between Pleaser USA Inc. and BD Multimedia - France, Demonia footwear has been re-branded for European EU and UK customers as DemoniaCult.

Whilst this dispute continues, there are a high number of DemoniaCult (previously Demonia) shoes and boots that will have to be withdrawn from sale and entering the Trademark areas - which can be found here.

From Thursday 26th of this month, these styles will no longer be permitted to be sold into or in the EU marketplaces until their branding is re-done - removing any name, marking, imprint incorporating the disputed brand name.
