Because we hold thousands of pairs of footwear in stock, both at our warehouse, and in our shop, we are able to dispatch most orders within a few days, 95% of all order completed orders are sent within 5 days.
How is my order sent?
We use Parcelforce as our delivery agent, which ensures that your order is fully insured and is completely trackable. A signature will be required on delivery.
Occasionally smaller orders and exchanges which have not paid additional P&P are sent via 2nd class post for UK mainland customers.
The parcel is sent in a standard parcelforce packaging, with the senders details shown as AF UK LTD. Orders are sent on a standard 48 hour service, this can be upgraded by you our customer if required.
