How to track your order.

Once your order is placed

Once you have completed the checkout process and payment method, an order confirmation of your order is sent to the e-mail address you have submitted. This confirmation is only generated once please do not delete it.

Order confirmation

Your order confirmation is sent within a few minutes of you completing your order online. As well as useful information about your order, you will also see a "track order status" link shown in blue. Use this link to see the status of your order. The inital status will show as waiting or pending.

Your order is being processed

Once your order has been processed by us, your order status will change, (normally within 48 hours) and an estimated shipping date is shown.

Once your order has been dispatched

Once this date is reached and your order is dispatched a parcelforce tracking number is generated and shown again on your online tracking, which you can reach by clicking on the link in your order confirmation e-mail.

To track your parcel use the parcelforce tracking number and visit parcel force website  or call parcel force customer services on 08708 50 11 50

Returned orders

If you have returned your order for a refund, once your item has been received back, checked, processed and returned to stock and refund is processed. Once your refund has been authorised and completed your online tracking will show as refunded.
