If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of purchase. We will then refund you in full. The postage costs in returning the goods to us are however not refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. Please see the back of your invoice, which was enclosed with your order for more information.
We cannot accept any return after the 7 day period. Any item received after this period may be subject to a £10.00 restocking charge to be deducted from the value of the order prior to refunding.
Please note: We are unable to accept any returns for exchange for a different size, style or colour on any of the Clearance & Sale items. Hosiery products cannot be returned if worn or the packaging has been opened.
